Fairway ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fairway Golfer App. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address when you sign up
• Golf data: scores, rounds played, and points earned
• Device token: to send you push notifications (only if you grant permission)
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details

How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the app
• To display your scores and rewards history
• To send round reminders and reward notifications (with your permission)
• To process food & beverage orders at participating golf courses

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with the golf course you are registered with (so they can manage your rewards and orders) and with Stripe for payment processing.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about your rounds and rewards. You can disable these at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Fairway.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
